How it works!

There is only one way to find out if CrossFit is for you, and that is to try it!

We offer FREE trial classes during which we discuss your goals and expectations, and explain the CrossFit method. You will learn a few of the fundamental exercises before experiencing a CrossFit workout. If after your first taste of CrossFit you are hungry for more, then we can talk serious business. Read the steps below then book your trial session at the bottom of the page.

STEP 1 - TRIAL SESSION

Welcome to your first CrossFit experience.

Your first class will be closely accompanied by an experienced CrossFit coach, modifying each section of our WOD (Workout of the Day) according to your ability and fitness level to give you the most accurate experience of what our CrossFit programme entails.

STEP 2 - INTRO CLASSES

Our 2x 1-on-1 intro course will be mandatory for all new inexperienced members.

In these 2 sessions with our coach, you will learn the principles of CrossFit and learn to practise all the proper techniques of the fundamental movements.

Additional R425 once off fee added to 1st month's invoice.

STEP 3 - JOIN THE PACK

After completing our 2 x 1-on-1 sessions you are now ready to join in on any of our daily schedule classes.
