We offer FREE trial classes on Wednesday 16:45 during which we discuss your goals and expectations, and explain the CrossFit method. You will learn a few of the fundamental exercises before experiencing a CrossFit workout. If after your first taste of CrossFit you are hungry for more, then we can talk serious business.
