All Classes at CrossFit PBM consist of Warm Up, Skills-Technique-Strength Training, Workout Of the Day and Cool down

Monday – Friday Morning:

5:15 – 6:00 am
6:00 – 6:45 am
7:00 – 7:45 am
8:00 – 8:45 am

Monday to Thursday Afternoon:

16:45 – 17:30 pm
17:30 – 18:30 pm
18:30 – 19:15 pm

Friday Afternoon:

5 pm – 6 pm
 

Intro classes take place every Wednesday evening between 16:45 – 18:00
