Every time you drop. 15 air squats.

Back squats.
5×5 @ 80% of 1rm

Running clock 12 mins.
Start a round over every 3 mins. If you complete a round in the 3 mins you can rest the remainder. If not just start over every 3 mins.

– 20 thrusters @ 30kg/20 kg
-10 burpees
-7 box jump overs.
