2x 5 sec pause squats followed by 3 normal squats. As heavy as possible.

15 Ring Rows
20 Power burpees( no pushup, feet in and out and up)
15 Shouldwr to OH.
20 Leg raises ( hanging on bar)
3 rounds for time
