6 burpee box jumps then 1 broad jump for distance
5 rounds of this..
(Suggestion is to mark broadjump distances into points and accumulate most points after 5 rounds..)

Wod

3min of max palm lifting push ups
Straight into 6 min amrap of
5 toes to bar
10 DB thrusters
5 box jumps
Straight after  6min. A buy out of 2min of burpees.. * all reps is score..pushups amrap and burpees
