Hey CrossFit PBM

Here are a couple of house rules. I really need you to take this seriously and respect the school grounds.

* No speeding , driving speed on school ground 10km (this is from 5am until the last class 7pm)
* Make sure you consider the kidz and peoples on the school ground.
* You have to have a sticker when entering the gate (if you dont have one collect one from me)
* Inside the Gym repsect the Equipment, if you use something put it back where you got it.
*The calk dont leave the bucket. 
* If one of the coaches talk and explaind the movements or Wods please keep quiet.
