Squats.. 2/4 (front/back) 4rounds as heavy as possible..

Wod:
1:30 on /1:30 rest  for 6 rounds

8 OH walking lunges  20/10 plate
10 palm lifting push ups
12 plate thrusters 20/10

(Count total reps in 6 rounds  if done with 1 round  in a 1; 30 onterval you start over)
