WOW 3

For time
50 Shoulder to Overhead, Men 70kg / Women 45kg
40 C2B Pull ups
30 Front squat, Men 90kg / Women 60kg
One barbell, add the weight for front squats
14 Minute time cap
Each uncompleted rep counts as 1 second penalty

Workout Description

The athlete must start with the barbell on the floor and hands off the barbell. At the start of the clock the athlete can proceed with their 50 shoulder to overhead. As soon as the athlete has completed their 50 shoulder to overhead they can move on to the 40 chest to bar pull ups. The chest to bar pull ups must be completed before moving on to the 30 Front squats. Only one barbell may be used. The athlete must load the barbell to the appropriate weight before continuing with the front squats. The athlete has 14 minutes to complete the workout. No racks may be used for the shoulder to overhead or front squat

40 Kettlebell Swings, Men 24kg / Women 16kg
30 Front squat, Men 50kg / Women 30kg
10 Minute time cap
Each uncompleted rep counts as 1 second penalty

Workout Description

The athlete must start with the barbell on the floor and hands off the barbell. At the start of the clock the athlete can proceed with their 50 Shoulder to overhead. As soon as the athlete has completed their 50 shoulder to overhead they can move on to the 40 kettlebell swings. The kettlebell swings must be completed before moving on to the 30 Front squats. The athlete has 10 minutes to complete the workout. No racks may be used for the shoulder to overhead or front squat. If racks are used, this is seen as further scaling. If any further scaling is applied, please remember to tick the scaled box when submitting your scores.
