Wod
60 jumping lunges

Then 3 rounds of

3 burpee lengths
25 kb swings
25 kb squats.

We just want to say Thank you to everyone that competed this weekend. What an awesome bunch of people. They worked so hard at this weekend’s UWS games. There was lots of PB’s , tears, laughter and some good friends was made.
I’m so proud of every single one of you. You went to the next level! All hard work you did paid off! What ledgends.
Rest Well so we can start prepping for the next Comp!!
