    Dankie – ek sal beslis meer by jou moet kom inloer. Dankie weereens vir die uitdaaging wat jy Okt’11 aan my gerig vir my eerste WOD… Agv jou (en Crossfit) is my uitkyk op oefen totaal anders en baie grooter. Julle is ‘n great groep mense – ysters en masjiene…maar tog mens.
