To all the new members, Fridays we have normal class times in the morning, but in the afternoon only a 5 PM class.

Thanks to everyone for a great start to our first week of the new year! We have a lot of new PBM friends that had there first taste of CrossFit. Great effort and a awesome vibe, Keep it up!!
