Squat (hold at bottom on rep #15 for 10 seconds)

Wod 1:
Death by push ups
( 1 in min 1, 2 in min 2 ….., till you can’t do all you reps in the min)

Wod 2:
Run 400m
40 Double unders/ 150 singles
15 sit-ups
Run 300m
40 Double unders/ 150 singles
15 sit-ups
Run 200m
40 Double unders/ 150 singles
15 sit-ups
Run 100m
40 Double unders/ 150 singles
15 sit-ups

Finish for time
