Push-ups (5 reps)
Walking Lunge 15 Steps
Squat (hold at bottom on rep #15 for 10 seconds)

Wod 1:
30 sec burpees
30sec rest
30sec Burpees
30sec Rest
6 Rounds for reps

Rest 5 min between Wods

Wod 2 :
30sec jumping lunges
30sec Rest
30sec push ups
30sec Rest
6 Rounds for reps

Rest 5 min between Wods

Wod 3:
30sec Push ups
30sec Rest
30sec sit ups
30sec Resr
6 Rounds for reps

Directly after the 3 Wods , run 5min
