There is no class today, we will be back tomorrow in full force.
We did really good in the UWS games, one Team came 3rd and our other Team 1st.  They gave some outstanding performances. Very proud of every single one of them.

As many rounds you can do in 10 min of…

30 Jumping Lunges
20 push ups
10 pistols/ one leg squat(5 per leg)
3 Wall climbers
