Our training approach emphasizes fundamental, functional movements with proper technique, basics first. By utilizing ever-changing workouts, a combination of bodyweight, weightlifting and high-intensity drills, you will experience fitness first hand. The stimulus provided is always varied and the results are dramatic. The atmosphere is one of support and encouragement to anyone willing to put in the work.

Our idea on training is not what traditional “gym training” is, or what you think it should be, which makes our workouts fun and different. Workouts are most often completed within group classes, which we’ve found helps encourage and drive everyone to always give their utmost best. Our trainers will always make sure that you train in a safe and successful manner. You will be challenged both mentally and physically in your workouts but will find a great sense of achievement with those you are working with.

CrossFit PBM is the only CrossFit Box in Pretoria East and has a great facility where we can utilize a vast array of different training items. We have 2 full time trainers who are experienced in all the facets of CrossFit training and both compete on a regular basis in local competitions.
